Jeff Bower, Senior IT Consultant
Jeff Bower is a Senior Consultant for TekTegrity with years of experience in sales, marketing and information technology. His diversified breadth of experience working in financial, technical and educational institutions allows Jeff to work and communicate effectively between the client side and the tech team (he speaks fluent Nerd).
If you ask nicely, Jeff might show you his two (and the only) civilian decorations that can be worn on a U.S. military uniform: Eagle Scout and American Legion Boys State. More recently, Jeff keeps very busy outside of TekTegrity, as the father of a new baby boy, board member for three non-profits and the Minister of Music at Agape Church. . . when he is not on relief missions to Cambodia.

Margaret Shepard, Business Development Manager
As the Business Development Manager at TekTegrity, Margaret is responsible for sales strategy and deployment as well as aspects of the company’s marketing and outreach. An additional hat that was added soon after joining the team was “Party Planning Chair.” She also serves as the committee. After graduating from Cal Poly, Margaret started her career working in Thailand, Hong Kong and Taiwan. She learned very little Thai or Mandarin but speaks fluent Swedish, a moderately useless language. Since her return home to the Central Coast, she has been working in the Business Development, Marketing and Public Relations arenas and was honored as one of San Luis Obispo Tribune’s ”Top 20 Under 40” in 2006.

Hannah Brown, Account Representative
Hannah’s wide range of experience in government, nonprofit and private sectors comes in handy when providing customer service and account management to TekTegrity’s clients. She started out with an undergraduate degree in geology at Hanover College in Indiana, grabbed a masters degree in public administration at Texas A&M, and served stints as a staffer in the Texas House of Representatives and an intern with a PR and lobby firm in D.C. (later working with the same firm in Dallas). She’s also spent a summer as a volunteer grant writer, owned her own business, and – most recently – handled PR and program data management and reporting at Transitions Mental Health Association. TekTegrity clients can rest assured knowing she’s their listening ear and will work with them to make sure their computing systems are up and running. When she’s not behind the desk or checking in with clients, you’ll find Hannah and her hubby, Tony, riding the roads on their motorcycles.
